Blog 6: Postgraduate Studies

Hello again dear reader!

Day without writing, but I returned and today I will talk to you about postgraduate studies. It´s hard to think about the future, but I would like to do my postgraduate in differential education. 

Because before entering to study "Pedagogía en Educación Parvularia" I wanted differential. But I preferred to study for an educator and the improve.

It is not yet a decision taken, but as far as possible I study abroad, in a country that is not so expensive. Although if I think about it, I may stay studying in Chile not you be so far from my family.

I think the best way to study is in person and not via internet, maybe the workshops or jobs could be via internet.

I believe that it is an admirable job to be able to share and teach the little ones that with just such a smile or a drawing made by them makes your day.

I am happy and amazed by the number of young people who want to enter to study pedagogy.

Unfortunately, in Chile the pedagogies are a very poorly paid and little valued work and it is something that must be changed from the same education that is given to us.

My life Hello everyone!! My full name is Francisca Ignacia Silva Martinez, but you can call me Fran. I´m 19 years old and I was born on 19 th of July in 1999 on Santiago of Chile. My family is composed for 4 people: My mom Virginia, my brother Elías, my grandmother Rosa and me. The days Thursday I prepare a group of little girls to her “Primera Comunión” in the church that I assist. I like to listen music, to get out with my boyfriend and spend time with my family . My volunteering Hello everybody! Today I gonna tell you about a volunteering that I participe on winter and summer vacations.   I’ll start tell you that my agrupation name’s “Colonias Urbanas”, it was created in 1978, but in our church “Nuestra Señora del Monte Carmelo”, ubicate in Pedro Aguirre Cerda, it started in 2011. This agrupation works with poor kids during the vacations, making differents kinds of activities like games and education. Here we wrok with children between 5 to 13 years old, where all day (from 10:00 to 18:00) they realize differents activities. In the morning we make games and in the afternoom we teach about recycling, children's rights, to cook, teather, etc. We give breakfast, lunch and snack. This activity lats 2 weeks and is free for children. Us way of work is making grups for ages and I always prefer to stay with the littler. If you like to work with children and help, do not hesitate to go to some this volunteering. See you next

Evaluation of my blogging experience Hello everyone! This is my last post of this year. Today I’m going to talk about my experience using blog in the English, I think that this is a good tool, at the beginning it was complicated, because I have never used this app before, but in general, I think that’s a way funnier to write and practice the English. With each publication I learned something different about my classmates. What I did not like about blogs was when someone did not publish on time, so I was also late for comments. In the future I would like to include that everyone can choose what they want to write in their publication , it could be about, some book, her holidays, any fun experience, whatever. In a following post I would like to tell you about my plans for this vacation, where I will make a “Escuela de Verano”, then I will go for a walk with my boyfriend and also I will do “Colonias Urbanas” that is the volunteer that I spoke to them in my post number f
